Start with the Right Tools

I remember years ago trying to do some DIY to fit a door-lock…terrible idea. It was dismal & quite frustrating for me using various tools to try and get it right. Eventually, after I ran out of ‘common sense’, I caved in & got a builder to come round. With the right tools, what had taken me 2 and 1/2 days to try and do…. he was done in about 15mins! I realised how I could have saved myself the time & fruitless energy by getting him to come in the first place.

You might be in that position right now- alone, confused, frustrated, stuck, trying to figure out this ‘Life or business’ thing on your own.

CLARITY. Clarity is your most powerful asset- the more you know what you want, the easier it is to move towards it. It is essential in life and business because knowing exactly what you want is really the only way to get it.

ACTION. Have an ‘instant implementation’ mind-set. A study of millionaire habits reveals that the Speed of implementation of an idea is what differentiates them from average income earners. Action is the most distinguishing characteristic of power-preneurs. Identify action takers in your market and learn their rhythm and systems. Use your findings to create momentum in your own life and business. Jim Rohn put it this way, “Don’t let your learning lead to knowledge – let it lead to action.” He understood that real action is the only thing that yields real results.

PERSISTENCE. Sometimes when you want something really badly, your strength is tested in part to grow your character into the person who can handle what you are after, and also because longevity is birthed through endurance as is durability…through resilience. Break through the glass ceiling of apathy, mediocrity and lethargy. Persist and never give up on your desires.
